I had the pleasure of being present for one of Chrissy’s Breathwork workshops, and it was quite an amazing experience. Her ability to guide you to your deepest wounds and provide the space and safety needed for personal healing are unmatched. I found myself releasing things I didn’t even know I was holding on to as they flooded my mind, and the benefits have been unending! Solar plexus chakra was cleared (heartburn unlike anything I’ve ever felt), days later my body released the tension and I have a range of movement back that I’ve been without for over ten years.
